B.F. Modaraba was formed under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and the rules framed thereunder. The Modaraba is managed by E. A. Management (Pvt.) Limited (Modaraba Management Company). The Modaraba is a perpetual multi-purpose modaraba and is primarily engaged in investments in quoted securities, trading of sugar, leasing, musharika and murabaha transactions.
