Fecto Cement Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on 28 February 1981 as a Public Limited Company under the repealed Companies Act,1913 (repealed with the enactment of the Companies Ordinance,1984 and subsequently by the Companies Act, 2017). The principal activity of the Company is production and sale of Portland cement.
